Channel Sales




  • Work on channel and direct sales in the public safety and national security market worldwide (around 100 countries)
  • Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with channel partners and identify, recruit and on-board new partners within assigned territories
  • Work with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricing, and address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements
  • Analyze, interpret and process sales data to manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
  • Stay current with latest developments and trends in the industry
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings, partner conferences, trade shows and workshops (can be online or in-person)
  • Identify new potential markets and customers to expand the company outreach, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams
  • Reply to incoming leads and prepare quotes and invoices


  • Advanced professional English proficiency
  • Good knowledge of computer software fundamentals and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational skills, punctual and reliable, with a precise and detail-oriented attitude
  • Creative and critical thinker with an analytical mindset
  • Ambitious and proactive, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to travel worldwide often, after the COVID-19 emergency
  • Experience in sales or business development in the B2G or B2B field
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma, possibly in a field related to the position
  • Must be a European Citizen

Preferential Requisites:

  • Knowledge of the Italian language
  • Knowledge of additional languages (French first priority, Spanish second priority)
  • Experience with CRM or sales/marketing software tools
  • Experience with image and video processing tools
  • Experience in sales in the public safety or national security field
  • Experience in the digital forensics field, as a forensic image and video analyst, law enforcement, military, or forensic expert
