End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Amped Software Products
Below you can find the terms and conditions for the various Amped Software products.
You should read carefully the terms and conditions before using the software.
Your use of the software indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in the Software License Agreement corresponding to your type of license.
If you have purchased a Purchased License for an Amped product, you will receive a key authorizing your access to this license. Your use of the key for the Purchased License shall indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Purchased Software License Agreement.
Purchased License Agreements (International)
A license under which the license fees apply. Applicable only to customers and end users in all markets with the exception of USA and Canada.

A license under which the license fees apply. Applicable only to customers and end users in USA and Canada.
Educational License Agreements (International)
A license under which the license fees apply. Applicable only to educational institutions or affiliates of educational institutions in all markets with the exception of USA and Canada.
