Technical Sales, Support and Training (United States)
LOCATION
United States (Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Explain, present and demonstrate the main features of our products to potential customers via email, conference calls, webinars and in-person meetings
- Communicate with potential and existing end users and provide them with quotes, invoices and in general follow the entire sales process
- Organize and attend industry trade shows and workshops in North America
- Organize, prepare and deploy training sessions in North America
- Help users with every aspect of our products' usage and evaluation, from installation to troubleshooting, to recommending best technical options for their casework
- Prepare and deliver blog posts, articles, presentations, workshops and webinars on relevant industry topics
Requirements:
- Advanced professional English proficiency
- Good knowledge of computer software fundamentals
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- Motivated and proactive
- Precise and detail-oriented attitude
- Must be a United States citizen
- Availability to regularly travel across the United States and Canada
Preferential Requisites:
- Native English speaker
- Knowledge of additional languages
- Location in an area logistically well connected
- Experience in sales, technical sales, technical trainer or technical support roles
- Experience with image and video processing tools
- Knowledge of video coding and image processing fundamentals
- Experience and knowledge of Amped Software products
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Forensics or related field
- Experience in the digital forensics field, as a forensic image and video analyst, law enforcement, military, or forensic expert
