Customer Support and Software Test Specialist


Trieste, Italy


  • Help users with every aspect of our products' usage, from installation to troubleshooting, to recommending best technical options for their casework. Communication with customers will mostly be via email, but occasionally via telephone/conference call, or in person.
  • Test existing products and new products under development, creating test processes, including detailed reports about bugs, possible feature improvements and usability issues
  • Understand customer needs and engage with R&D (research and development) team to improve or develop tools to fulfill those needs


  • Advanced professional English proficiency
  • Good knowledge of computer software fundamentals
  • Basic knowledge of system administration
  • Precise and detail-oriented attitude
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must be a European Citizen

Preferential Requisites:

  • Native English speaker
  • Knowledge of Italian language
  • Knowledge of additional languages
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Software Engineering, Digital Forensics or related field
  • Experience in a technical support role
  • Experience with image and video processing tools
  • Experience in the digital forensics field, as a forensic image and video analyst, law enforcement, military, or forensic expert
